We live our lives these days with so many different challenges. Whether you are challenged with a physical ailment or stuck in an emotional rut that lasts longer than normal, it is evidence that something is out of balance and needs healing.

Through the years I have found that the best way to facilitate healing is to support people in feeling whole and empowered. Healing really comes best when one can feel the strengths that they already possess. This is easily accomplished when we come back into balance physically, emotionally and mentally. The Chinese Medicine approach completely embodies this. At Solaris Acupuncture I incorporate all facets of Traditional Chinese Medicine including acupuncture, chinese herbal medicine and massage as well as spiritual an emotional counseling.
