Shiatsu or Acupressure Meridian Therapy

This is treatment using the same diagnosis and theory as tradtional acupuncture but it is done without the use of penetrating needles.

There are many ways to stimulate an Acupoint other than a needle just as there are many different strokes in swimming.

Shiatsu Massage

Massage done using pressure from palms, fingers and thumbs to stimulate the meridians and bring the body back to balance. This therapy also includes stretching and is done with the client fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.

Acupressure

A specialized treatment to release unwanted tension using finger pressure and light massage. Treatment is done fully clothed.
